Help people feel supported at home and connected to their community. We are looking for reliable, compassionate support workers in Kellyville. You will help with daily routines, personal care and community activities. You may also provide high intensity supports and complex care. These tasks must follow the person’s current plans and stay within your training and assessed competency.

What you will do
- Support personal care, including bathing and dressing, meal preparation and household routines.
- Assist with community activities, appointments, social connections and transport.
- Follow individual support plans and current practitioner directions. Implement approved Behaviour Support Plan strategies where relevant to your role and training.
- Keep clear progress notes and communicate changes, concerns and incidents through the appropriate channels.
- Help maintain a safe, respectful and inclusive environment while encouraging independence.
What you will bring
- At least 2 years of support work experience.
- A relevant qualification in individual support, disability, aged care or an equivalent field, or current study in a health-related degree such as occupational therapy.
- Clear communication, reliability, compassion and a willingness to learn.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, matched to the role's agreed roster.
Checks and practical requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Police Check.
- Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
- Current driver licence and access to your own car.

Pay and employment details
A$38 to A$47 per hour is an indicative total package inclusive of superannuation and casual loading, not a base wage. The applicable SCHADS Award stream, classification, cash hourly rate, superannuation and any penalties or allowances must be confirmed separately before the role is advertised or an offer is made.
