Before support starts, we get to know your daily routines and how you communicate. We review your current care plans and the equipment you use. This helps us check what support is needed and how workers must prepare.

Workers must complete training and pass the checks needed for your support. They follow your practitioner’s instructions and respect your choices and privacy. We do not diagnose conditions, give clinical advice or change treatment plans. You, your family or your chosen referrer can ask about complex care across Sydney. We confirm that the support and staffing are suitable before we agree to start.
