Terms & Conditions
About these terms
These terms explain the use of our website and its general information. They do not replace a participant's individual service agreement, support plan, privacy rights or rights under Australian law. Simply browsing the website does not create a booking or an agreement to receive paid support.
Information, not individual advice
Our website helps participants, families and referrers explore support options. Content is general and may not reflect your circumstances. It is not an individual clinical assessment, treatment direction, legal opinion or funding decision. Please obtain advice from the appropriate qualified professional when needed.
This website and its enquiry forms are not emergency services. If someone is in immediate danger or needs urgent emergency assistance, call 000.
Enquiries, availability and NDIS funding
An enquiry is an invitation to discuss your needs, not confirmation that a service, worker or accommodation place is available. We confirm suitability, staffing, timing, safety requirements and agreed arrangements with you before support begins.
Regional availability shown on the website or map is indicative and can change. Contact us to confirm the current position for the support you need. An availability label is not a guaranteed commencement date.
NDIS funding depends on individual circumstances and applicable NDIA decisions and requirements. Our registration, a service listing or a discussion with our team does not guarantee funding approval or that every listed support is suitable for a particular plan.
Your service agreement
Agreed supports, pricing, payment arrangements, cancellations, responsibilities and how services may end belong in your individual service agreement and related documents. These website terms do not introduce a separate cancellation fee, automatic charge, minimum booking or blanket refund restriction.
Where a service agreement and these website terms address the same service arrangement, the service agreement applies, subject to applicable law. Publishing an updated website page does not automatically change an existing service agreement.
Using the website respectfully
Please use the website lawfully and provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website, introduce harmful software or use forms to send abusive, unlawful or misleading material.
If you enquire for someone else, ensure you have appropriate permission or lawful authority. Share only the information needed for an initial conversation. Do not submit detailed health records, identification documents or other people's private information through a general enquiry form. Ask us how to share necessary documents appropriately.
Privacy and external services
Our Privacy Policy explains information handling and the website tools we use or plan to use. Marketing consent is separate from an enquiry about support.
The website may link to independent organisations and external forms or resources. Those services have their own terms and privacy arrangements. A link is provided for convenience and is not a guarantee of the content, availability or suitability of an external service. We remain responsible for our own obligations.
Website content and intellectual property
Website text, branding, images and other materials may belong to ThriveAbility Care or their respective owners and licensors. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal information or to discuss support options, subject to any stated third party restrictions. Keep acknowledgements intact and do not present the material as your own or imply our endorsement.
Please seek permission before reproducing content commercially or using our branding. Nothing in these terms limits uses permitted by copyright law.
Accuracy, access and your rights
We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but details can change and the website may occasionally be unavailable. Please contact us if you notice an error or need information in another format. Service outcomes depend on the person's circumstances and agreed support; we do not promise a particular result.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, remedy or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. These terms do not impose a blanket waiver of liability or prevent you from making a complaint.
Changes and applicable law
We may update these website terms to reflect changes to the website or applicable requirements. The published page will show its review date. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove existing rights or automatically alter an individual service agreement.
These website terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and applicable Australian law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you.
Contact and feedback
For questions about this website, call 1300 500 821 or visit Contact Us. You can also use our Complaints and Feedback form. You may ask a support person or advocate to assist. These contact options do not restrict your right to approach an appropriate regulator or other complaint body.
Job applications and uploaded documents
Our Careers page uses a Tally application form. You can select more than one preferred work location and upload the documents requested by the form. An application or confirmation message acknowledges receipt only. It is not an offer of employment, a guarantee of an interview, a particular roster or a commencement date. Roles and availability may change. Employment arrangements require a separate written offer and agreement, subject to applicable law.
Please provide accurate information and upload only documents you are entitled to share. Do not submit participant records, another person’s confidential information, identification documents, tax details or screening certificates through the initial application form. Follow the file type and size limits shown. Do not upload harmful software. Contact us if you need an accessible alternative or help submitting an application.
Tally provides the form and file upload service. Our Privacy Policy and the collection notice beside the form explain how application information is handled. Links to our Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions are available within the form before submission. Using an external form does not remove ThriveAbility Care’s obligations or any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If the form does not show a successful submission message, check any highlighted fields and try again, or email info@thriveabilitycare.com.au. Please contact us to correct information or withdraw an application. Last updated: 14 September 2026.
Future roles are optional: if you give separate consent in the application form, ThriveAbility Care may keep and use your application and resume for up to 6 months from submission to consider you for other suitable roles, including if your original application is unsuccessful. This does not guarantee a role or interview. You may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting info@thriveabilitycare.com.au. Your choice does not affect consideration for your current application. Our Privacy Policy explains retention, deletion and your access and correction options.
