What to expect

Practical support, built around you

Practical support, built around you

Before your first visit, we agree on the tasks, timing and how you prefer to communicate. Assistance with daily living might mean help to shower and dress, prepare breakfast or keep up with laundry. You choose what you do yourself and where a worker assists. We discuss privacy, cultural preferences, mobility equipment and any current plans before support starts. Your worker checks what feels comfortable and follows the agreed routines. If you want to build a skill, such as making a meal, we break it into manageable steps and practise at your pace. We keep in touch with you and the people you choose, and review support when your needs change.
